Our tutoring sessions are currently on Monday through Thursday and Sunday.

Time Duration

Plan on session times lasting for 1 hour and based on the CST time zone.

Prepare!

If you are a student, feel free to prepare any questions or topics you'd like to learn about.

Share Your Screen!

Our tutors will guide the student on how to share their screen via the Zoom platform.

#Rules Rules For Tutors

Attendance Notice If you are unable to make it to your session with your student, you must alert us at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as you see the schedule if you cannot make it. Failure to do so will result in a strike in our two strike system. Upon two strikes, you will be removed from the L'Avenir roster for the rest of the semester.

Tutors are expected to pay attention and be proactive during the entirety of the session.
Tutors are expected to ensure that all homework and questions are answered by the end of the session.
Tutors should show up in a timely manner to their session. Being in excess of 5 minutes late results in a strike.
Please find a quiet place to conduct the session. It is the duty of the tutor to ensure a proper learning environment.
Can't make it to the session? Inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can schedule another tutor.
